Join Q as she walks you through a fun project that you will finish before leaving! And ALL the supplies are included in the cost. But, if you have some yarn that you absolutely love and would like to continue to love each day, bring it with you to use.
You will learn how to set up your hoop and then begin weaving with fun yarn. This can be a great project to use your handspun yarn or scraps from other projects. Q will also have lots of yarn and other materials you can use for this project.

Liza Q. Wirtz, better known as Q (aka the Chief Feline), runs fiber-arts business the Foldout Cat from her home studio in Alabama with the frequent and welcome assistance of her partners and the "help" of a fluctuating number of cats. She has been freestyle weaving since 2015, art-batt carding and spinning since 2018, and dyeing since 2021. Q vends and teaches weaving, spinning, and carding anywhere anyone will let her do it, from California to Colorado to New York to North Carolina, with the same guiding principle: create from your heart, make what gives you joy, and put beauty into the world. She believes that everyone has a creative spirit, and she loves helping people find their fibery bliss.
